EJAEE Warranty & Return
Warranty:
• All EJAEE and Wellcomer products come with a limited manufacturer warranty from the date the order is delivered. This limited warranty covers all standard manufacturer defects within one year. The warranty is voided in cases of user-caused damage, mishandling, misuse of the product, or unauthorized self-repair or alteration of any kind.
• To request a warranty repair or replacement, customers need to contact our support team via email at support@ejaee.com and provide the following information to initiate the warranty request process:
- Full name on the order
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address
- Order or invoice number
- Where the purchase was made
• The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item to our facility for repair. We will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement item back to you.
• Please note that if our support team determines the item is not repairable but is still under warranty, we may choose to send you a replacement instead.
Returns:
• EJAEE offers a 30-day return policy for unopened packages on orders purchased directly from our website. For all other third-party selling platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or physical stores, please submit your return request through the original platform within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of Dead-on Arrival (DOA) or defective items.
• Please contact our support team via email to request a return authorization before returning any items.
• All returns will be inspected upon receipt at our facility to determine their condition before a refund is processed. The typical processing time for a return refund is between 3-5 business days after the return is received.
• All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the purchase refund.
